A glimpse into the subtleties of facilitating across cultures. We recently delivered our Compact Slides & One-Pagers programme for a group of senior leaders at a telecommunications company in Eastern Europe. While our team has worked with European audiences before, this was our Tammy Selvam’s first attempt at facilitating a session in Poland. From the start,...
What happens when your key contact suddenly leaves in the middle of a multi-programme engagement? That’s exactly what we experienced with a global energy company last year. In late 2023, we agreed on six programme runs for 2024, including Presentations Alive! and The Case Maker. The first session was delivered successfully in August 2024. A week later,...
When we began training two popular F&B retail chains, I thought I knew what to expect. I was wrong – in a good way. In the first, a beloved local name turned international success, participants came in with wide eyes and open hearts. New to learning and development, especially soft skills, they brought a startup’s...
During a two-day The Case Maker™ programme with a global Oil & Gas company, one participant experienced a breakthrough that changed the effectiveness of her work. On Day 1, just before lunch, she told the group she’d be returning late after meeting with a senior stakeholder. She had been trying – unsuccessfully for six times...

TPOV encompasses a leader’s unique insights and experiences, crafted into a coherent message that conveys their ideas, values, emotional energy, and edge. This message not only shapes the leader’s...
“The entire group discovered their unique storytelling voices, using their own experiences to put across their teachable points of view in a way that resonated deeply with their audiences.” A multinational pharmaceutical company reached out to us. Their Country Manager had a clear concern: his direct reports — most of whom were leaders — were...
Our 2024 engagement with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation, delivering The Business Storyteller™ Advanced, wasn’t a one-off success. A planned follow-up for their shared services team, delayed to this year due to scheduling, has blossomed into a wider reach within their organisation. They have not only requested a repeat session, but are expanding their reach further....
