How Our Behaviour Change System Works

Our Behaviour Change System works by reinforcing the knowledge gained during training. Through the use of the Mindmarker app, we design post-training reinforcement programmes and learning journeys to help your people to absorb knowledge and apply new behaviours. Here’s how it works:

Learners are onboarded to a reinforcement programme of up to 12 weeks – to ensure that knowledge is retained and intended behaviours flourish
