What is the duration of your typical training programs?

Our standard sessions are usually one to two days, though we offer shorter sessions and extended programs for deeper skill development as needed.

What is the minimum and maximum class size?

Our minimum recommended class size is 12 pax and the maximum class size is 16 pax.

How does People Potential ensure training quality across trainers?

All trainers undergo a rigorous accreditation process to maintain consistent content quality across sessions. Trainers are also periodically observed by our Director of Training Quality.

How do you adapt to diverse learning styles within a team?

Our programs incorporate group work, presentations, and hands-on exercises to cater to various learning preferences, ensuring that all participants can engage effectively.

Virtual and In-Person Training Options

Can your virtual programs be attended internationally?

Yes, our virtual sessions are accessible globally, allowing teams in different locations to participate together. We ensure all participants are engaged through interactive tools and techniques.

How are virtual sessions different from traditional webinars?

Our Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILTs) are interactive, involving participant engagement every 15 minutes through breakout discussions, collaborative activities, and problem-solving exercises.

Can you conduct the training as a hybrid class?

No, we do not offer hybrid classes due to the different engagement levels and pacing needed for in-person and virtual sessions.

Customisation & Program Structure

Can training programmes be customized to meet our organization’s needs?

We work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and can customize content, examples, and exercises. Our customization includes adapting case studies and focusing on client-specific goals. Please contact us to discuss your requirements with our Instructional Design team..

Post-Training Support and Resources

What happens after the training?

All our programmes include a 4-week Post-Training Reinforcement using the Gnowbe application, helping participants apply their new skills at work. A report with engagement and behavior change data is provided at the end.

Do you offer additional coaching or refresher workshops?

Yes, we can arrange follow-up support, which may include coaching sessions, additional resources, or refresher workshops.

Are there options for individual coaching for participants after the program?

Yes, we offer one-on-one coaching sessions for participants who seek deeper skill refinement or personalized guidance. This can be arranged on request.

HRDC & Claim Information

Are your programmes HRDC claimable?

Yes, they are. However, HRDC regularly updates its policies. Do reach out to us if you need more information.

Does the HRDC material fee claim apply to non-Malaysians?

No, the HRDC material fee claim applies exclusively to Malaysian participants. Material fees for non-Malaysian participants will be invoiced directly by our finance team.
