We are pleased to introduce People Potential Academy – a practitioner-led learning space for those who develop people, capability and perspectives.
The Academy was created to help L&D and HR professionals sharpen their craft, strengthen their confidence and expand how they think about capability-building. Through focused quick takes, webinars and future practice-based sessions, it will bring together practical tools, thoughtful perspectives and lessons drawn from real experience.
Alongside the Academy, we have launched the PP Academy Digest, a fortnightly newsletter built around two areas: Practice, featuring ideas and tools that can be applied directly; and Perspectives, exploring how we think about learning, development and the work of building capability.
This is the beginning of a wider community of practice – one where practitioners can continue learning from one another and collectively raise the standard of people development.
