Led by Wan Abdul Matiin and Tammy Selvam – both with backgrounds in education prior to joining corporate L&D – we are in the process of upgrading our Level 1 and Level 2 evaluation forms, reporting processes, visualisation tools, and templates. These enhancements are scheduled for testing this quarter and are expected to be in full use by January 2026. Marianne Vincent, Director of Training Quality, serves as Consultant for the project.
This initiative strengthens our ability to provide evidence-based reporting to clients and to align classroom experience, trainer effectiveness, and programme outcomes. Development and prototype testing began in July, with handover to our Business Operations team scheduled by mid-November. AI-generated summaries will also be incorporated into quarterly internal reports to provide clearer insights into participant patterns, trainer performance, and programme trends.
As Matiin explains, “One of the core ideas guiding this work is the importance of calibrating challenge. Drawing on the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), our evaluations include participant feedback on the level of challenge experienced during the programme.” Such calibration is especially important when programmes are delivered at scale across multiple cohorts.
The project also reflects the way our trainers collaborate. Early drafts were critiqued and co-created in several of our weekly Communities of Practice, using Miro to gather input and ClickUp to coordinate tasks and timelines.
A key feature of the upgrade is the integration of AI to automatically generate concise analyses for each report, allowing trends to be identified more quickly and decisions to be better informed.
This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to sound practice and meaningful value for our clients.
