The 8D Visual Framework

We help clients with training programs. We figure out what they need, research the best approach, design the program, build the materials, test it out, and make sure it works. We then track how well it changes behavior and use that info to improve future programs.

We have a high intolerance for designs that don’t work – whether it’s a section of a programme that is confusing or a learning activity that falls flat. Our process contains elements from traditional ID models, but there are different processes that are unique to us.

Over the years, our ID processes have grown and matured. Our ID method is called 8D-ID to depict our end-to-end process of creating a training programme from scratch to achieving the intended outcome of learning and behavioural change.

We researched, designed, and developed a new program from scratch, now known as Data to Business Story (D2BS).
