What stayed with me most was the attention to detail in every object I saw. I found myself looking closely at each piece and imagining the lives behind them. There was so much care in the way they were made. Even something as ordinary as a comb carried beauty and intention.
It made me reflect on training and the importance of being detailed in the classroom. It reminded me that details matter. They carry value, even when that value is not immediately seen.
As trainers, we may not always realise the value of what we are giving, and we may never fully know what happens after the training ends. The people who created those objects probably never imagined their work would one day be displayed in a museum. They were simply doing their work with care.
Perhaps our role as trainers is similar. We may not always see the results straight away, but the details we give can still leave a lasting impact.
