A routine client meeting, aimed at scheduling training dates, unexpectedly became a strategic inflection point for the client and our team. As a slide outlining “Business Presentations in Your Organisation” was presented, the client’s interest ignited. They revealed plans for similar training tracks in their strategy for 2025-2026.
Intrigued, they asked us to align our programmes with their advanced track. Shortly after, we were invited to submit proposals for their Business Communications and Data Acumen tracks, spanning three levels.
The result? We were shortlisted and awarded the opportunity to deliver programmes on Business Communications and Data Acumen across two levels of their organisation in 2025-2026. The runs are still ongoing. What began as a simple scheduling meeting evolved into a significant collaboration, proving that mutually beneficial outcomes can sometimes emerge from the most ordinary encounters.
