When a prominent CGI art studio in Southeast Asia, renowned for its contributions to major gaming and animation projects, sought to understand the drivers behind its rapid growth, it turned to us for guidance.
Through a series of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) sessions, leaders and managers engaged in reflective dialogues to identify and amplify the organization’s core strengths. The AI approach, focusing on positive potential rather than problems, encouraged participants to share stories of past successes and envision an ideal future.
Initially, some team members were hesitant, unfamiliar with the open-ended nature of AI discussions. However, as conversations unfolded, natural leaders emerged, and a collective enthusiasm took hold. The process not only highlighted the studio’s creative and collaborative culture but also fostered a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
