This soon-to-be-launched mailout is dedicated to those at the beginning of their learning and development journey – early-career professionals, aspiring facilitators, and those curious about a future in L&D.
In each issue, we’ll share opportunities to join learning sessions – most of which will be short format (2–4 hours) and usually offered at no cost.
Most sessions will be conducted virtually and will take one of two forms: an experimental module delivered by an experienced trainer, or an established module delivered by a new trainer. We expect to publish one or two issues per month, based on our trainers’ availability.
As part of the learning experience, each session will include a short debriefing at the end. Here, young L&D professionals will get a behind-the-scenes look at the design choices, reflect on feedback, and gain insight into how our senior L&D professionals craft meaningful learning experiences.
