After years of dedicated service, our Practice Head of Leadership & Management Development, Lee Choong Yin, has relocated to the UK with his family. During his time with People Potential, Choong Yin played a pivotal role in shaping our leadership offerings, delivering programmes such as The Big Shift, Engaging Direct Reports Through Job Design, and Influencing Collaboration.
His thoughtful facilitation and strategic insight have left a lasting mark on both clients and colleagues. While we’ll miss his daily presence, we’re pleased he continues to support us part-time from the UK, focusing on research and programme design. He is currently collaborating with Darrel Lourdes (part-time Senior Consultant) on a new series for senior and middle managers.
Stepping into Choong Yin’s programme portfolio are Emily Wong (part-time Senior Consultant) and Jason Yap (full-time Senior L&D Specialist). You’ll be seeing and hearing them in previews in the weeks ahead. Terry Netto will serve as Interim Practice Head of the Leadership & Management Development practice.
