To our surprise, remote work during the pandemic actually boosted employee productivity, so we decided to maintain it – everyone still works remotely. We had record revenue in 2022 and again this year. Trainer turnover remains low, thanks in large part to our remote-first policy. Coupled with a range of online tools, including AI, this has made the design and development of customised training programmes significantly more efficient. Added to this is our commitment to high professional standards and clear career paths for everyone, including non-trainers.
