
He primarily works with senior leaders through High Performance Presentations Coaching (HPPC) to raise their impact and executive presence. He is also frequently engaged to coach technical experts preparing for high-stakes presentations, including The Project Pitch™, where he helps teams get presentation-ready for Hackathons and other competitive forums.

As Director of Presentations Delivery, he works closely with all People Potential trainers, coaches, and facilitators to maintain and elevate presentation delivery standards. He also serves as the Master Trainer for several of the organisation’s business presentation programmes.
Whether coaching senior leaders or facilitating a training session, a consistent pattern emerges: learners walk away with newfound clarity, practical skills, and a desire to keep learning. Ibrahim combines inspiration with targeted coaching, often prompting learners to stay back after sessions — or even return on weekends — to deepen their learning. It’s not uncommon for senior leaders to request additional HPPC sessions to continue their development journey.
Ibrahim has lived and studied in several countries: Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Malaysia. His multilingual and multicultural background strongly informs his empathetic, globally attuned approach to clients and learners alike.
Ibrahim has actively supported urban outreach efforts such as Need to Feed the Need (NFN) in Kuala Lumpur. He has also contributed his facilitation skills to NGOs including AWAM, the Bar Council, North-South Initiative, MCCHR, Asylum Access, Serantau, WAO, Humanity Heroes, and MyCorps Asia.
