As Director of Delivery (Presentations) at People Potential, Ibrahim primarily works with senior leaders through High Performance Presentations Coaching (HPPC) to raise their impact and Executive Presence. Ibrahim also works with People Potential’s licensees in Europe and other parts of Asia in their accreditation process for running People Potential’s signature programme, The Case Maker™ in their regions.
Ibrahim also delivers the following programmes for senior managers:
- The Case Maker™ Advanced – for building convincing business proposals for the boardroom.
- Presentations Alive!™ Advanced – for developing leadership presence in impactful presentations.
- The Business Storyteller™ Advanced – for imparting leadership point of view using vivid business storytelling.
Ibrahim consistently leaves learners with greater clarity, practical skills, and a desire to keep improving. His inspiring yet targeted coaching often leads learners, including senior leaders, to seek further sessions to deepen their development.
International Background
Ibrahim has lived and studied in Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Pakistan, and Malaysia. His multilingual, multicultural background shapes a globally-attuned approach to learners. A regular in Singapore and Jakarta, the Covid-19 pandemic expanded his international reach through virtual instructor-led training. In 2024, his pursuit of deeper expertise took him to New York to learn from leading voices in the industry.
Community Involvement
Ibrahim has actively supported urban outreach efforts such as Need to Feed the Need (NFN) in Kuala Lumpur. He has also contributed his facilitation skills to NGOs, including AWAM, the Bar Council, North-South Initiative, MCCHR, Asylum Access, Serantau, WAO, Humanity Heroes, MyCorps Asia, and WWF-Malaysia.
