Before pivoting her career to learning and development, Tammy spent a considerable time in research and academia. She worked as a research officer and later as a pre-university chemistry lecturer, giving her a solid foundation in science and education. Having spent seven years as a lecturer, her background in education has given her a well-rounded perspective on how to best support individuals in their professional and personal growth.

Tammy hosted a podcast focused on millennial topics, showcasing her ability to communicate effectively and her interest in current events. She has a passion for reading, whether fiction or non-fiction, which has helped her to expand her knowledge and stay current with the latest trends and ideas.
