Regina expanded her focus to coaching young professionals in The Project Pitch™, guiding participants to refine and elevate their business proposals for senior management. Her portfolio also includes training and coaching for a wide range of our other programmes, such as The Business Storyteller™, The Art of Asking Good Questions™, The Case Maker™, Suggestions @ Work™, I’ll Answer That™, and Virtual Presentations Decoded.
Regina brings her expertise to a diverse array of industries, including construction and finance, and she connects with participants across roles — from managers and supervisors to trainers, frontline staff, and sales personnel. She leverages innovative methodologies, including NLP, Accelerative Learning, Educational Kinesiology, and Clean Questions, to create tailored programmes that foster inner growth and meaningful outcomes. Known for her warmth, humor, and engaging style, Regina creates a learning environment that is both enjoyable and transformative.
Academic Background
Regina earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from The University of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. In 2001, she deepened her expertise by completing an NLP Master Practitioner certification in the United States, training under renowned NLP pioneers and authors Steve and Connirae Andreas, as well as other leading experts such as Charles Faulkner. She also holds a Certificate in Training & Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK and is an HRDC Accredited trainer.
Community Involvement
Regina organised and led Creators of Peace circles in Malaysia, part of the global Initiatives of Peace programme based in Caux, Switzerland. Through these circles, she provided a safe and empowering space for women to discover their strengths, voice their opinions, and share their stories. Regina’s contributions extended to the programme’s international portfolio, helping to shape initiatives that promote peace and empowerment worldwide.
