Emily HL Wong is a People Developer with over 20 years of experience in talent development, leadership coaching, and HR transformation across Asia Pacific. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Instructional Systems Designer, and HRDC-accredited trainer.

Emily has held leadership roles such as Head of Organisational Development & Learning and Business HR Lead in major banks, where she led the design and implementation of talent strategies, leadership programmes, culture transformation initiatives, and strengths-based coaching. Her experience includes setting up a Regional Training Centre, building in-house learning academies, and future-proofing workforces through reskilling and development initiatives.

A skilled facilitator and coach, she is known for her warm, practical delivery and her ability to connect with learners across seniority levels. Her programmes span leadership development, business communication, service transformation, strengths-based development, and team effectiveness.
