Dr Kavitha Murulitharan

She facilitates programmes under The Case Maker™ Suite and Data to Business Story™ Suite. She also trains Presentations Alive!™ and The Art of Asking Good Questions™, which she also co-designed.

As our master trainer for The Case Maker™, she ensures that People Potential’s trainers continue to provide participants with an effective learning experience. As one of the leaders of our Business Presentations Practice Area, Kavitha is also involved in continuously improving our programmes while helping our people to solve problems and perform at their best.

In training, Kavitha’s focus is on ensuring that her participants improve significantly. In her classes, she is a gale-force, skill-building wind—the kind that sweeps you away with its energy, where you work hard without even realising it. A former international debater, she brings a distinctive range of examples that participants can learn from. Participants appreciate her detailed feedback and often praise her warmth, care, and patience. They also benefit from her strong analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through years of postgraduate study.

She has worked with Senior Managers across a wide range of industries, giving her a broad understanding of client needs. Her core belief is that she is there as a coach rather than a trainer, working alongside participants—especially senior leaders—to achieve meaningful outcomes. She also contributes to broader professional conversations through her writing, including articles such as From 6 Fails to a Win: The Power of Reframing and Turning a Challenge into a Triumph on the People Potential website.

She  has  also  delivered  two  Masterclasses  for  a  financial  institute  based  in  Doha,  Qatar.
