
He focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to optimise work processes and enhance training programmes. He facilitates programmes such as The Case Maker™, Presentations Alive!™, AI Adoption At Work™, and Habits for Health™.
Prior to joining People Potential, Caleb was involved in lecturing and conducting science-based research at universities for five years. He meticulously curated lesson plans for over 1,000 students, tailored to ensure that students could learn complex information enjoyably and effectively.
Caleb’s rich background in teaching and research has equipped him with an analytical and conceptual mindset. This unique combination makes him an innovative trainer, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. His training sessions are known for their blend of humour and contemporary references, making the content both memorable and captivating.
Caleb is also an avid reader and enjoys delving into a wide range of topics such as science fiction, philosophy, finance, history, and psychology, among others. This reading habit helps him connect with learners from diverse backgrounds, further enhancing his ability to design and deliver customised training material.
Caleb earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Environmental Biotechnology) and Bachelor of Science (Honours) degrees from Monash University Malaysia in 2022 and 2018, respectively. His PhD research is on the bioremediation of polluted wastewater, and he has published 6 journal articles and 1 book chapter based on this research. His time at the university was also marked by numerous accolades, notably his inclusion on the Dean’s List and hosting a symposium for the university.
Caleb has worked with NGOs in Medan (Indonesia) to set up food banks and improve water quality in marginalized villages. He has also served in community efforts to improve the quality of life for the Orang Asli in Selangor. After witnessing the challenges faced by underprivileged communities, Caleb has developed a profound empathy for their struggles, which motivates him to sustain his involvement.
