To achieve mastery in design and delivery, participants will go through a 4-day training programme followed by a 12-week coaching programme with a People Potential coach. We’re glad to spend this much time with your trainers because we understand the oversized effort that’s needed to shift to virtual training – and to deliver tight and engaging online classes that surpass training objectives and change behaviours.

Participants will also have the option to participate in a 36-week self-directed learning journey with our app, through which they’ll discover ideas and resources for their continued professional development.
