12-WEEK COACHING:
By the end of 12 weeks – with the support of a People Potential Success Coach – your trainers will have converted all of their offline training materials, and a full classroom programme into a virtual programme.
OPTIONAL 36-WEEK SELF-DIRECTED LEARNING JOURNEY:
Participants will have the opportunity to participate in a 36-week self-directed learning journey with our app, through which they’ll discover ideas and resources for their continued professional development.
