For Module Design to match diverse trainee
learning preferences thereby increasing
learning rates, enjoyment of the learning,
and trainee participation.

The work of Dr. Howard Gardner of Harvard University discovered that we each have at least 7 different types of Intelligences: linguistic, logical-mathematical, visual-spatial, musical, kinesthetic, intrapersonal, interpersonal.

Most training programs cater to only 2-3 of these intelligences. Teaching with all 7 ensures that we match the varied ways that people learn. It also results in training that captivates attention and ignites the love for learning.

Learning the role of MI in training and learning increases the flexibility of the trainer thereby maximizing the training effectiveness.

Utilizing MI in program design is now a significant aspect of accelerated learning methodology.

To date Gardner has added a few more intelligences such as the tribal, environmental, and spiritual intelligences.
