The HR Exchange - Complimentary Seat

The most efficient way to learn in our fast-paced, information-rich environment is to have a platform to SHARE and EXCHANGE ideas with like-minded people with similar issues.

The HR Exchange creates that opportunity for you to do that with peers from a range of industries. This often brings insights into real-world solution for real world issues affecting HR today. And it is YOU that decides the type of issues you want to discuss, explore and learn from.

The HR Exchange has two components: A morning talk on the theme of the day by an invited speaker. This is followed by a session where you get to raise what maters to you. Share and discuss with peers the issues and opportunities you are facing in business. You can exchange questions, experiences, best practises, and insights.

The method used is Open Space Technology, a format that enables diverse individuals and groups to have meaningful discussions on topics that matter to them.
