The HR Exchange presented by People Potential
HR Exchange

April 2010 Theme
Employee Engagement: Recovery without tears -The first step to the upturn by Nidthia C, General Manager, Hay Group

The HR Exchange combines the best of a plenary session and a coffee break.

The morning begins with input from an expert focussing on the theme of the day, which will be both HR related and topical. This is followed by a Q&A session. The content of the talk is to whet your appetite for what comes after the tea break.

After the talk, it is over to you to raise topics you want to discuss with your peers. It is a chance to exchange experiences, best practises, and insights with others. This session is driven by the business issues you are facing today and want to discuss with others. The session ends with a sharing of options, ideas, and conclusions.

The methodology used is Open Space Technology, a format that enables diverse groups to have meaningful discussions on issues and opportunities that matter to them. It creates a space for ideas to be shared, knowledge to be pooled, and when used fully, for consensus to be built, and action steps to be identified. For The HR Exchange, it is a space for meaningful conversations and connections.
