April 2010 theme:
Employee Engagement: Recovery without tears - The first step to the upturn by Nidthia C, General Manager, Hay Group

The most efficient way to learn in our fast-paced, information-rich environment is to have a platform to SHARE and EXCHANGE ideas with like-minded people with similar issues.

The HR Exchange creates that opportunity for you to do that with peers from a range of industries. This often brings insights into real-world solutions for real world issues affecting HR today. YOU decide the type of issues you want to discuss, explore and learn from.

The HR Exchange has two components: A morning talk on the theme of the day by an invited speaker. This is followed by a session where you get to raise what matters to you. Share and discuss with peers the issues and opportunities you are facing in business. You can exchange experiences, best practises, and insights.

The method used is Open Space Technology, a format that enables diverse individuals and groups to have meaningful discussions on topics that matter to them.
