Communication @ Work

Communication issues and a lack of understanding can reduce the performance of teams, departments and organisations. In this programme, managers will learn skills and gain insights from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to understand their own thinking patterns and communicate more effectively. They will learn to:

  • Build inter-personal rapport
  • Choose an empowering way of framing or re-positioning a situation
  • Assess what goes on 'below the iceberg', and to read and respond to the different stakeholders’ social, emotional and personal needs and agendas
  • Get information by using better questioning skills
