For Training/Group-Process Workshops or Projects, such compensation is usually a 100% money-back. This has happened only once since we implemented this policy in 1993.

For Performance Improvement or Change Management Projects, it might be a 100% money-back for a specific phase or a specific consultant's time in a project. Here again, this has happened only once since we started undertaking such projects in 1996.
