Overview

This is a free event to help HR decision-makers choose providers for their 2019 L&D needs. Each company/trainer is invited and vetted for their experience and expertise. Every trainer you meet will be an experienced specialist. Quality is assured.

Here’s the format:

  • First, you listen to two main previews.
  • Then, you will have the opportunity to listen to 3 cosy previews around a table – each lasting 20 minutes.
  • After the previews, you will be given a 15-minute walkabout session to visit the table you didn't go to earlier.
  • The coffee breaks are opportunities to either find out more about the trainers or network with your corporate HR and L&D peers.
  • Throughout the event, invite any trainer(s) to contact you after the event.
  • Post-event, continue your discussion with the trainer(s) you have chosen.

Marianne Vincent is the Director of Training Quality at People Potential. She is the Master Trainer and developer of Presentations Alive!™ - People Potential’s flagship presentation skills programme. Marianne is co-authoring  People Potential’s first book ‘Articulate: New Methods for Managers to get Buy-In’ to be published in 2019.

A Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Marianne holds advanced NLP certifications in Language Patterns and Modelling. Her uniqueness stems from her training abroad as a concert pianist. On a personal note, Marianne is currently writing a collection of poems titled A Man with Shining Eyes, about her journey with her late father after he suffered a stroke.

Dr. Raymond possesses a diverse portfolio of expertise having held various executive posts including Regional HR, Operations and Business Development manager in telecoms and energy sector organisations.

Raymond is a regular researcher and presenter in both academic and professional platforms on L&D innovation and organisational change. He holds a doctoral qualification in business administration specialising in Industrial Psychology and entrepreneurship, with it helping to shape how clients across any sector can make trainings more sustainably impactful through behaviour change.
