Trainer (Junior and Senior)

  • Likes to teach or explain things to groups.
  • Talking to groups comes naturally.
  • Enjoys reading non-fiction.
  • Remuneration: RM2,400-6,000 per month.

Our trainers are usually at least 30 years old. However younger candidates who aspire to be trainers are groomed by spending their first year in Admin and second year in Business Development. This provides a better understanding of our industry and the organisations we work with. In the third year they begin Trainer Accreditation.

Our hiring process is time-consuming for candidates and for our managers – but in the long run it saves everyone a lot of time and minimises unhappiness caused by mismatched expectations.

Business Development Executive

  • Likes helping corporate clients clarify their organisation's training needs.
  • Is good on the phone and with email.
  • Is able to listen well as well as put forth a business case convincingly.
  • Remuneration: RM2,000-4,000 per month (i.e. fixed salary, no commissions).

Coach

  • Likes one-to-one work.
  • Has excellent listening and probing skills.
  • Is patient and is a natural coach or counsellor to friends and family.
  • Remuneration: RM2,500-3,500 per month.

Events Support (Part-Time)

  • 18 - 30 years.
  • Available to work at least 4 hours/day, 3 days/week for 3 months or more.
  • Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Proactive and takes pride in doing a job well.

Finance & Administrative Executive

  • At least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Enjoys working with numbers meticulously and can handle a full set of accounts.
  • Can work independently to generate invoices, prepare receipts, manage cashflow/bank reconciliation, liase with debtors/creditors, update accounting data in accounting software and carry out all accounting/administrative related matters.
  • Loves to analyse business financials to generate ratios, cashflow statements, etc.
  • Remuneration: RM1,500-4,000 per month.

Junior Designer

  • Enjoys working long hours on his/her own.
  • Likes detailed and routine work.
  • Is happy to create and use checklists and templates.
  • Remuneration: RM1,800-3,000 per month.

Project Coordinator

  • Likes administrative work.
  • Enjoys collaborating with corporate clients to make events successful.
  • Is good on the phone and with email.
  • Remuneration: RM1,800-2,500 per month.
