Our Business Philosophy

Collaboration & Transfer of Technology: As far as it is possible, we encourage our clients to commit a few of their personnel to any long-term project we undertake, so that it becomes a joint-effort.
This has three immediate benefits:
1) It increases the chances of the project succeeding;
2) There will naturally be some transfer of technology
from us to the client; and
3) It measurably decreases the cost of the project.

Value for Money: For financially measurable projects, we will not take on jobs unless the potential value to the client is minimally 3x our fees.

Cost-Saving Measures: Our Consultants, Specialists, Associates, and Support Staff have varying professional fees, based on each one's expertise and experience for the role/s they play in a project. We keep our billings as low as possible by applying the most cost-effective solution and professionals we have at hand, without sacrificing expected quality. Furthermore, our billings take into account our own process inefficiencies.

Quality Assurance: On those rare occasions when our Quality or Service does not meet a client's expectations due to our own shortfalls, we always seek to provide adequate compensation.

Best Testimony: Perhaps the best testimony to our quality is the fact that our international growth in recent years has been-and continues to be-driven mainly by word of mouth from satisfied clients and partners.

Consultants & Trainers

Choosing consultants and trainers to work with your organisation is no simpler than choosing any other supplier or service provider. There are issues of Quality, Cost and 'Ease of Working Together'. Here are some simple guidelines:

Content Expertise: What level of expertise and experience would you need? Would you need consultants with local experience or those with international experience? Do they need to be specialists in your industry or would you prefer them to have a wider range of experience?

Process Expertise: Aside from being Content experts, do they also need to be Process experts? For example, not all Content experts know about innovative training design and delivery.

Wider Support: Are you looking at a specific, narrow piecemeal intervention or a broader, stretched-out process? If it's the latter, would you feel more confident if the main consultant is supported by a team with a wide range of expertise? Is this important to the way your organisation operates?

Ease of Collaboration: Is the service provider an organisation that is easy to work with? Do they respond promptly to your needs? And are they friendly and warm?

Our Consultants, Trainers, and Support Teams

Expertise: Our international team of consultants is based in Kuala Lumpur, from where we work in 10 countries in the region. Among our full-time consultants are PhD holders, NLP Master Practitioners and NLP Practitioners.

Teamwork: We work together in teams to design and execute interventions. The reason is simple: organisational problems are often 'systemic' problems, i.e. the 'system' produces the problem. This usually means that we need good diagnosis, good design, and good execution. Such content and process expertise always requires good teamwork and collaboration.

Client Collaboration: Effective interventions require the active participation of clients. We believe that our clients hold some pieces of the solution while we hold others. And just as we collaborate with our clients to find the correct pieces, we also tap the wide range of expertise and experience within our organisation and our network of associates--always paying attention to Content expertise as well as Process expertise.

Attitudes and Communication Skills: For so much collaboration to work smoothly, we have to have people with the right attitudes and good communication skills. This much you can be certain of: you will be hard put to find an unfriendly response from our consultants and support staff.

Experience: Our senior people have extensive international experience, usually with very demanding multinational corporations and professional service firms. A sizeable amount of our work is done in Singapore, where we compete successfully with excellent service providers from other parts of
the world.
